Update | Response to COVID-19 ticket policy

Leicester Tigers would like to thank all supporters who completed the COVID-19 ticket option form before last Friday’s deadline.

The ticket office will continue to work through the replies and process accordingly. 

If you chose to Donate, your investment will be used to support the rugby programme led by Geordan Murphy and new head coach Steve Borthwick, and to resource the club’s successful academy programme.

If you chose Credit, your investment will remain on your Tigers account to use against future purchases of tickets, hospitality or events and in the new-look club shop.

If you selected a Refund, the outstanding balance will be returned to your account.

Whatever you decided to do with your investment, the club thanks you for your continued support and looks forward to welcoming you back to Welford Road as soon as possible.

As detailed in the ticket policy, the Credit or Refund process would begin only after any official announcement on fixture changes from tournament organisers. Please allow 30 working days from any announcement for this to be completed.

For any supporters who did not complete the online form, the club will retain the sum paid as a donation on the basis that the consumer retains the option to request a refund up until 5.00pm on the final working day before the first game of the 2020/21 season is played.
