Supporters can play their part in Leicester Tigers history as the club launches a new annual event to recognise the achievements of its players and officials. 

Established in 1880, the club will come together at a special event on Tuesday, April 21 at Welford Road to celebrate and acknowledge the contribution of those outstanding individuals who have played for and served the club. 

From the most decorated to the cult hero, the clubman to life members, supporters can put forward their nominations for a shortlist with finalists eventually selected by a judging panel made up of past players alongside club and supporter representatives. 

The Hall of Fame launch event will be hosted by former Tigers forward Matt Poole when guests will be able to hear from players past and present as well as enjoying a three-course dinner in the stadium’s Premiership Suite.

This year marks the centenary of the South Stand at Welford Road which has become one of English rugby’s most iconic landmarks. 

Nominations for the Hall of Fame are now open and will close at 12.00pm on Friday, February 7. 

Supporters can submit more than one nomination for any player or staff member, though they only become eligible once they have left the club for more than five seasons.

The Hall of Fame nomination process will become an annual part of the club’s calendar with fans able to contribute their nominations each year. 

Tickets to attend the inaugural Hall of Fame are priced from £100*, which includes food and guarantees your place at the first event of its kind. Tables of 10 for group bookings are also available with the opportunity to sit next to a current member of the Tigers senior squad or coaching staff.
