Tommy Reffell will start for Wales in their first Test against Australia on Saturday (July 6) in Sydney.
The Leicester Tigers back-rower, who is one of five Gallagher Premiership players named in the matchday squad, will make his 19th international appearance in the clash with the Wallabies.
Wales play Australia in Sydney before travelling to Brisbane for a second Test on their summer tour.
