After news of a new signing and five new contracts to celebrate, it’s not been a bad few days to be a Leicester Tigers fan – and you could be the team’s latest recruit!

Tigers have vacancies for three new full-time rugby development officer roles within the community team at Welford Road.

The club’s RDOs are responsible for delivering physical activity, education and rugby programmes to individuals from every walk of life across the region in schools, clubs and communities.

By joining the #TigersFamily you’ll be a part of the team at Welford Road.

We’re looking for candidates who have experience working with children of mixed abilities and with the positivity and ability to lead and develop on specific programmes.

From the classroom to the pitch, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with teachers, pupils and rugby clubs as well as working with Tigers partners and commercial teams on community initiatives with which the club is associated.

So if you’re a qualified and hardworking coach with the motivation and initiative to help drive Tigers initiatives, we want to hear from you.
