The senior England squad will host an open training day at Twickenham Stadium - and you can be there for free.

The squad will be going through their paces on Tuesday, May 18 and admission is free for all fans.

Gates open at 1.30pm, training will start at 2.30pm and there will be a chance to collect autographs.

However, Senior England EPS players involved in the Guinness Premiership Final or the Amlin Challenge Cup final will not be attending the training session.
