Leicester Tigers prop Julian White has been called up to the England Elite Player Squad for the RBS 6 Nations.
White, who has won 44 caps for England and was a member of the victorious World Cup squad in 2003, steps up from the England Saxons squad as a replacement for Bath prop Matt Stevens.

England team manager Martin Johnson said: “Julian is an experienced international.
“He has had time out of the England set-up but he is in good form and is ready to make the step back up to the senior squad.”
White, 35, has been in excellent form for Tigers this season and was voted the Lumbers player-of-the-month for December by the club’s supporters.
He joins Tigers teammates George Chuter, Tom Croft, Harry Ellis, Toby Flood and Lewis Moody in the England Elite Player Squad.
