Following the announcement of Yodel as Leicester Tigers’ official delivery partner back in August, the independent parcel carrier has already played a key role in the delivery operation of The Club Shop.
Yodel’s deal with the club will see the company delivering clothes, merchandise and parcels for the club to supporters.
The club shop received record pre-orders ahead of the launch of the 2020/21 home and change kits, alongside its range of training wear.
Supporters benefitted from Yodel’s Xpect 24-hour service which provides customers with regular updates on their order, including a two-hour window for delivery on the morning it is due.
As part of the wider partnership, Yodel will also sponsor coaching staff’s matchday laptops for the 2020/21 season, positioned in the coaches’ box in the stadium’s South Stand.
Yodel also made the trip to Welford Road in order to join club mascot Welford for a behind-the-scenes filming project, which will be broadcast ahead of each match during the 2020/21 campaign.
