Head coach Rob Moffat has selected a blend of youth and international experience with 19 uncapped players.
Moffat said: Weve got an exciting group of players. Although the average age of the squad is relatively young, Im confident that the players are ready to take that next step up and contribute to a successful tour.
Glasgow Warriors hooker Fergus Thomson will captain the tour team.
The Barclays Churchill Cup will be contested by Scotland A, England Saxons, Canada, USA, Ireland A and Argentina Pumas.
