Season Tickets FAQ’s

I am not yet a season ticket holder but would like to buy for 2022/23, can I do that now?

Season tickets for 2022/23 will be available on general sale online and from the Tigers ticket office from Saturday, February 26 at 9am.

If you have any queries or would like to register your interest for a 2022/23 season ticket, please contact the ticket office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or email [email protected].

Season ticket holders can now renew their current seat with a 2022/23 season ticket by clicking here.

If I wish to apply for a concession ticket, what proof of status is required?

You will need to send a copy of your birth certificate if applying for a 65+, young adult or junior season ticket. If you are a full-time student please send a copy of your NUS Card or a letter of acceptance from your University.

What category do I fit into?

  • Adult - Supporters aged 25-64 not in full time education
  • 65 Plus - Supporters aged 65 and over
  • U25 - Supporters aged 18-24 and full time students
  • U18 - Supporters aged between 12 and 17
  • U12 - Full season ticket and must be booked with a full paying adult season ticket holder. Subject to availability and only available in certain areas. Under 4's will not require a seat
  • Family ticket – (2 adults and 2 U18s) - call 0116 319 8888 (option 2) for more information.

How many games are included in the 2022/23 season ticket?

The 2022/23 season ticket holder includes 17 home games (12 Gallagher Premiership, 2 European, 2 Premiership Rugby Cup and 1 Pre-season) at Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium (subject to change).

What happens if I want to change, relocate or upgrade my existing season ticket for 2022/23?

You can move or upgrade your place with the ticket office any time, subject to availability. Contact the Tigers ticket office by phoning 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or email [email protected] and they can advise on availability.

If I am registered disabled, how do I claim my free Personal Assistant ticket?

You will need to phone the ticket office if trying to book a complimentary assistant ticket on 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or email [email protected].

Proof of disability is required when applying for accessible tickets or additional complimentary assistant tickets. The proof required is either a copy of your entitlement to care and/or mobility component of the disability living allowance or a copy of your blue badge.

What if I still have credit for the 2021/22 season, can I use that to pay for 2022/23 season ticket?

Yes, any existing credit remains safely on your Tigers ROARwards account and can be spent in the club shop, 2022/23 season ticket, on future purchases of tickets or events. You will need to have joined our loyalty scheme ROARwards in order to redeem your credit.

To redeem your credit:

  1. Sign up to ROARwards
  2. If you pay by Direct Debit, call the ticket office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2), they will take off your credit and reissue your new mandate.
  3. If you pay in full by credit /debit card, the option to pay for all/part of your season ticket will appear at the checkout.
