Season Tickets FAQ’s

I am not yet a season ticket holder but would like to buy for 2021/22, can I do that now?

Sales for next season are now available to purchase both online and from the Tigers Ticket Office by phoning 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or emailing [email protected] to register your interest.

If I wish to apply for a concession ticket, what proof of status is required?

You will need to send a copy of your birth certificate if applying for a 65+, young adult or junior season ticket. If you are a full-time student please send a copy of your NUS Card or a letter of acceptance from your University.

What category do I fit into?

  • Adult - Supporters aged 25-64 not in full time education
  • 65 Plus - Supporters aged 65 and over
  • U25 - Supporters aged 18-24 and full time students
  • U18 - Supporters aged between 10 and 17
  • U12 - Full season ticket and must be booked with a full paying adult season ticket holder. Subject to availability and only available in certain areas. Under 4's will not require a seat

How many games are included in the 2021/22 season ticket?

The club is currently unable to confirm exactly how many matches will be included next season, but we anticipate that it will be similar to the 2020/21 season, and will be able to confirm shortly. To allow you to buy with confidence in uncertain times, the club’s Priority – Support – Confidence initiative allows supporters to buy in the knowledge that they will receive a Rebate/Credit for any fixture they are unable to attend due to Covid-19.

Will the Season Ticket Rebate initiative remain in place for 2021/22?

This scheme was introduced by Tigers to allow supporters to purchase season tickets in the knowledge that they would be entitled to a rebate for any game they are unable to attend due to Covid-19 – when fixtures are played behind closed doors or in front of reduced crowds.  This will remain in place while restrictions on stadium attendance persist.

What happens if I want to change, relocate or upgrade my existing season ticket for 2021/22?

 You can move or upgrade your place with the ticket office any time, subject to availability. Contact the Tigers ticket office by phoning 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or email [email protected] and they can advise on availability.

If the government allows crowds to return 2020/21 season and my money has been transferred to 2021/22, will I still be able to enter the ballot?

Yes. As your payments will have been moved on to next season, any match tickets for the current campaign would have to be paid for separately to help cover the extra costs of opening the stadium. If you have requested a refund for your 2020/21 season ticket and it has not been transferred to 2021/22, you will be unable to access to a ballot for match tickets during the remainder of 2020/21.

If games are played with restricted crowd numbers, who gets a ticket?

A ballot will be staged including 2020/21 season ticket holders unless you have requested a refund for your 2020/21 season ticket. After the ballot is drawn, season ticket holders will be notified whether or not they have been successful via email. As this situation depends on the directive of the authorities and public health guidelines, full details of this process will be announced at a later date. Please note NEW 2021/22 Season ticket holders will NOT be included in the ballot for the 2020/21 matches with crowds.

In the event of reduced crowd number and a ticket ballot, will supporters use their own season ticket seats or will they be designated?

If restricted crowds are allowed for any game, after the ballot, all seats will be allocated by the club in accordance with social-distancing and public health guidelines. As parts of the stadium could be affected by these measures and allocation may have to be done at short notice, it will not be possible to reserve your regular seats.

If I am registered disabled, how do I claim my free Personal Assistant ticket if there is a ballot?

If the Personal Assistant is part of your support bubble, they will be allocated a seat with you as normal in the event of a ballot. It is likely, however, that there will be reduced numbers of disabled seating available in accordance with social-distancing and stadium safety guidelines.

What happens if a game is cancelled?

If Premiership Rugby or European Rugby announces a cancellation due to Covid measures, season ticket holders will be eligible for a Rebate as detailed above.

What if I still have Credit for the 2019/20 season, can I use that to pay for 2021/22 or have the Credit that is on my Tigers account refunded?

As we are transferring 2020/21 season ticket monies to 2021/22 and you have already paid, any existing credit remains safely on your Tigers account and can be spent in the club shop or on future purchases of tickets or events. To find out more about your club credit please click here.

Will I still keep my seat if I received a refund for the 2020/21 season?

No. If you ask for a refund and do not commit to 2021/22 then your seat will be made available for sale to other supporters from March 1, 2021.
