Women's Season Tickets FAQ's
- The 23/24 Women's Season Ticket includes access to all regular season Premier 15s fixtures at Mattioli Woods Welford Road. All knockout stage fixtures are not included in Season Tickets.
- Leicester Tigers are dedicated to providing individual customer attention to reflect the differing requirements of disabled supporters.
- For Women's fixtures, we have plenty of 100 wheelchair user spaces located within the Yodel (North) Stand. Tickets purchased in these areas will be provided with a complimentary assistant ticket.
- This support provision is also available for ambulant disabled supporters who sit in general allocation seating with a personal assistant.

- You will need to phone the ticket office if trying to book a complimentary assistant ticket on 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or email [email protected].
- Proof of disability is required when applying for accessible tickets or additional complimentary assistant tickets. The proof required is either a copy of your entitlement to care and/or mobility component of the disability living allowance or a copy of your blue badge.
- The 23/24 Women's Season Ticket is general admission, with only the Yodel (North) Stand open for these fixtures. This means you will not have an assigned seat for each fixture and can choose from available seating on the day.
- More details will be sent via email before the start of the season.
- Seasonal parking is not available for Women's fixtures for the 23/24 season.
- Parking will be available on a match-by-match basis, with details on how to book available once fixtures are confirmed.
- Yes, ROARwards points can be used to contribute towards the payment for a Season Ticket. Ensure your Ticket and ROARwards accounts are linked and select your ROARwards credit from the options at the payment stage.
- Pay in Full - You can pay for your Season Ticket in one instalment online, or by contacting the Ticket Office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2).
- Direct Debit - You can spread the cost of your Season Ticket over a number of monthly instalments, with FEE-FREE and INTEREST-FREE Direct Debit. You can select the Direct Debit payment plan when checking out online, or by contacting the Ticket Office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2).
- ROARwards points - can be used to contribute towards the payment for a Season Ticket. Ensure your Ticket and ROARwards accounts are linked and select your ROARwards credit from the options at the payment stage.
- Yes, your Season Ticket is fully transferable and can be shared with friends or family if you can't make a game. If you are not changing seat category you do not need to do anything. If you are changing seats you will need to contact the Ticket Office and pay any difference in price.
- Online - when purchasing from the Club Shop online, enter your Tigers Reference Number (TRN) at checkout for your discount to be applied.
- Instore - when purchasing from one of the Club Shops at the stadium, simply show Season Ticket card at the till to recieve a 10% discount.
- Club Shop Season Ticket discounts do not combine. If you are a Men's and Women's team Season Ticket Holder you will only recieve a 10% discount.
- As a Leicester Tigers Women's Team Season Ticket Holder, you will recieve a Season Ticket card in your membership pack. This will arrive ahead of the 23/24 season.
- If are a Men's Season Ticket Holder and purchase a Women's Season Ticket, you will not receive a new Season Ticket card. Your current Season Ticket card will provide entry to both Men's and Women's fixtures.
- As part of your Season Ticket benefits you have access to both the Men's and Women's games in the Double Header at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
- Details on how to book your place for the Double Header will be communicated once the fixture has been confirmed in the 23/24 season.
