Voting is now open for supporters to choose their Topps Tiles Community TRY-umph of the Year for the 2022/23 season.
After all tries were submitted via social media, Leicester Tigers players have narrowed down the entries to the Top 3 shown below for supporters to choose from via the form.
Daniel Walker - Leicester Forest RFC
A pick and go try is one thing, but to be blessed with the burst of pace required to make the try line from just outside your own 22 is another matter entirely. This try showed great awareness from Walker to spot the gap and the desire to beat both the full-back and the chasing winger to the line make this a special score.
Leo-Beck Austin - Lincoln RFC
Austin may be the try scorer and runs a perfect support line but this one is all about the assist from Finn Clements. Already at full pace as the video begins, the hot stepper takes on one winger and leaves him for dust. He then steps outside another before serving them with a hand off before being hauled down agonisingly close to the line. One lovely offload later and Lincoln RFC touch down for a cracking try.
Stuart Bradbury - Peterborough RFC
This score begins from the set-piece, a well taken line-out and subsequent crash ball option inside Peterborough's own half. From the ruck they go wide and here Bradbury turns on the afterburners, hitting the line at pace, receiving the ball at the gain line and flying through into space. A lovely shimmy and step completes the score and sees the left-wing go over for a fantastic try.
