Leicester Tigers and club partner Wilo have completed their hunt for the ‘Greenest Tiger' and would like to thank all Tigers fans who took the time to enter.
The winner was announced at half-time in this Saturday's East-Midlands Derby victory over Northampton Saints at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
Adam Appleby and son Abel have been named the Wilo Greenest Tiger, with the judges particularly impressed with the significant lifestyle changes they have made around playing rugby in Sheffield and being a Leicester Tigers Fan.
After Abel's rugby training sessions, the two always make an effort to walk across the park and nearby woods picking up litter.
