Leicester Tigers Academy resume their playing programme with a home game against Newport Academy at Oval Park on Saturday (November 1, kick-off at noon).

Full-back Greig Tonks and lock Calum Green return after injury, and there is a place for flanker Seb Pearson who made his Tigers first-team debut in the EDF Energy Cup win at Bath last month.

The Academy team won five of their opening seven matches in the opening phase of the season and have already scored victories over Welsh opposition in the shape of Ospreys and Cardiff.
