Jack Makepeace and Paul Dix will assist from the touchlines, while Graham Hughes will take on Television Match Official duties. The citing officer is Shaun Gallagher.
Barnes last took charge of Tigers in the 34-16 win over Gloucester at Welford Road in Round 12 of this season's Gallagher Premiership.
