Lutterworth Rugby Club hosts the third festival in this season's Prima Tiger Cup on Sunday - and it's the biggest one yet.

Sponsored by Prima Solutions of Loughborough, the Prima Tiger Cup is a free-to-enter tournament for under-10s teams all hoping for the opportunity to play at the home of Leicester Tigers before a first-team game.

There are five qualifying festivals this season and four teams have already booked their places in the knockout rounds. Holt and North Walsham came through the opening event at Swaffham RFC in Norfolk, and last week Tamworth and Wolverhampton topped the tournament hosted by Tamworth RFC.

This weekend there are 24 teams and more than 300 players involved in the third festival at Lutterworth, including Leicestershire and Rutland teams as well as visitors from Lincolnshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire.

Tigers players George Catchpole and Henry Purdy will also be there to watch the action.

This weekend’s line-up comprises: Ashby, Atherstone, Barker Butts, Broadstreet, Coalville, Hinckley, Kettering, Keyworth, Leicester Forest, Lutterworth, Market Bosworth, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Oadby Wyggestonian, Oakham, Old Coventrians, Old Leamingtonians, Rugby St Andrews, Shipston on Stour, Silhillians, South Leicester, Stamford, Syston and Vipers.

Teams will be split up into four leagues and the winners of each will go through to the knockout rounds.

The eight winners from the first three festivals will play in the first round of qualifiers at the Tigers fixture against London Irish in the Aviva Premiership on Saturday, November 23.
