The screen has been built thanks to a partnership with GE, an international corporation working on finding solutions in energy, health and home, transportation and finance active in 130 countries.
It measures nine metres by five metres and will be used for the first time at Tigers’ Aviva Premiership game against Exeter Chiefs at Welford Road on Sunday, March 23.
The installation was affected by the extreme weather conditions that hit the UK last month, with work delayed by safety concerns.
The final pieces are now in place and the electrical and wiring work has been completed ahead of a series of tests this week.

And click here to see a 15-second video of the screen being tested.
As well as allowing supporters to see extensive live coverage of matches, the screen will incorporate news from the club and messages for supporters during matchdays plus scoreboard and time functions.
Tickets to the Exeter fixture are available now on 0844 856 1880, from the ticket office and by clicking here.
