The city of Toulon is preparing a weekend of events to welcome supporters for the Heineken Cup quarter-final next weekend.

Leicester Tigers travel to the Stade Felix Mayol to face Toulon in the last eight of European rugby’s premier knockout competition this Sunday.

And the city is providing a Supporters Village in the Place Besange close to the stadium to bring fans of both clubs together to enjoy the best of the weekend's European action.

For the first-ever quarter-final at the Stade Felix Mayol, the Rugby Club Toulonnais Village will be open from 11am until midnight on the Saturday, with food and drink, children’s activities and live music, as well as big-screen coverage of the other Heineken Cup fixtures – ASM Clermont Auvergne versus Montpellier and Saracens versus Ulster.

The whole party starts again at 10am on the Sunday, with more games and activities, music, food and drink stalls, and the Harlequins versus Munster quarter-final on the big screen before attention switches to the Toulon versus Tigers match. The Village will be open until 10pm.
