Ollie Chessum came off the bench for the British & Irish Lions in their dominant 7-54 win over the Western Force.

The Leicester Tigers forward replaced Scott Cummings in the 48th minute in the first match of the 2025 tour of Australia in Perth.

Chessum came up against former clubmates Sam Carter and Tom Horton in the Force side.

It was level 7-7 after ten minutes at Optus Stadium before the Lions added two more tries to lead by 14 points, 7-21, at the break.

The second half was all the tourists, who added a further five tries to make the final difference 48 points, 7-54, ahead of the second game against the Queensland Reds on July 2.
