Leicester Tigers supporters can add a new training wear collection to their wardrobe ahead of the 2020/21 campaign with the new Black Matchday Warm-up range now available in The Club Shop.
Black is back and is a colour deep in the Tigers DNA having been worn in the club’s debut season back in 1880/81.
It wasn’t until 1999 when black was worn again, this time as the team’s change colours, and again in Europe during 2004/05 and 2012/13.
The new range, manufactured by official kit supplier Samurai, will be worn by the senior squad in their final warm-up on matchdays.
Carrying the logo of main partners Topps Tiles, the range includes a T-shirt, jumper and jacket made using Samurai's PerformeX™ technology which offers durability, breathability and style.
The collection is styled with the familiar Tiger print included in the 2020/21 home and change jerseys, forming part of samurai’s Trilogy range, and complemented with a grey scale panel design.
The Tigers squad put the Black Matchday Warm-up kit to the test in a recent training session at Welford Road.
The new style joins the wider range of Training Wear tops including the Cyan Blue shirt, Multi-Coloured Fruits, Ringer tee and Coaches polo.
Look out for a ladies’ quarter-zip pullover which will arrive in stock over the next few weeks.
