Blue skies greeted the first Tigers Rugby Camp of the year, which got underway at Ashby RFC today.

The Ashby camp kicks-off a busy year of Tigers Rugby Camps. Tigers are running Rugby Camps across the region throughout the year, including at Loughborough Grammar School (April 10 to 13), Peterborough RFC (April 18 to 21) and Stoke and Wymondham RFC (May 30 to June 2).

The popular Welford Road masterclasses, meanwhile, return in May and June with a focus on attacking and decision making, breakdown and defence, and forward play and scrum. Welford Road will host a girls-only masterclass on June 2.
Tigers Rugby Camps offer a fun, safe and active way for children to spend their holidays and make new friends in an environment that is filled with a wealth of experience.
Tag camps are for under-7s and under-8s while contact camps are for players aged from under-9s to under-14s. The camps give players of all abilities and give players the opportunity to get the latest and best rugby tips straight from the top.
As part of a Rugby Camp experience, players receive the best in rugby coaching, Tigers Rugby Camp ball, water bottle and T-shirt, free membership to the Junior Tigers Club, a free junior match ticket to an allocated home game and a hot lunch (unless otherwise specified).
