Leicester Tigers return to home soil on Saturday when Leeds Carnegie are the visitors in the Aviva Premiership. Kick-off is at 3pm and tickets are available now.

The opening home game of the season produced a seven-try thriller as Tigers clinched a 37-27 victory over Premiership newcomers Exeter Chiefs, with the bonus-point score coming in the last play of the game.

Another seven tries were shared in Saturday’s trip to London Wasps, with Tigers claiming two bonus points in a narrow defeat.

World Cup winner Neil Back brings his Leeds Carnegie side to Welford Road looking to build on last season’s performances which established the Yorkshiremen back in the top flight after winning the Championship a year earlier.

“We’ve been playing some really good stuff at times, but we just need to cut out the errors and be more accurate,” said Tigers director of rugby Richard Cockerill.

“It’s tough sometimes being the team everybody wants to be beat, but we are used to that and we have to deal with it.

“We’re not far off, we’re scoring plenty of tries, but we need to control possession better.”

Tickets for Saturday’s game are available now.
