Buckland to leave Tigers

Hooker James Buckland is to leave Leicester Tigers at the end of the season.

The England Saxons international has made 21 first-team appearances for the club this season, including 11 starts, and now totals more than 60 games for Tigers since making his debut in September 2004.
"We are disappointed that a player who has been at the club for a number of years is leaving us," said Leicester Tigers head coach Pat Howard. "We wish him all the best for his future career."
Buckland, 25, arrived at Welford Road from Northampton Saints in 2002 and earned international recognition at U-21 level before playing with the Saxons at last summer's Churchill Cup.
