Welford Road welcomed business leaders and partners to the first Luncheon Club event with special guest speaker Lord Jeffrey Archer this week.
The Underwoods Suite, which houses the club’s Tryline hospitality members on matchday, greeted businesses from a variety industries to take part in an exclusive networking event.
Following an introduction from Tigers chief executive Simon Cohen, Lord Archer spoke about his successful career as a writer and his time in politics. The former MP also took questions from guests before joining them for lunch.
Introduced to create a space for businesses to meet in one of Leicester’s most iconic venues, the Luncheon Club hosts two events during the year with guest speakers.
