The upcoming Captain’s Run Brunch at Welford Road has now sold out following interest from supporters to watch the squad train ahead of the club’s final league match of this season.
Tigers face Harlequins in their final Gallagher Premiership fixture of the 2019/20 season on Sunday, October 4 (3.00pm) and fans have been given the opportunity to watch the team train the day before at Welford Road.
Socially distanced groups will be able to watch from executive suites in the Mattioli Woods Stand as head coach Steve Borthwick oversees the squad’s final preparations on Saturday, October 3.
The club held its first Captain’s Run Brunch event at the beginning of September allowing fans to catch a glimpse of their favourite players play live for the first time since the start of the pandemic in March.
This Saturday, guests will enjoy panoramic views of the training session accompanied by a breakfast brunch of bacon or sausage sandwiches, granola and choice of fruit as well as tea and coffee refreshments.
In light of recent government restrictions, strict social distancing procedures will be in place including temperature checks on arrival, track and trace sign up and social distancing measures. Guests will have to wear face masks apart from in their own executive suite..
