Tigers supporters can join former Tigers lock Matt Poole for a free Players Q&A in the Final Whistle Bar before each home game at Welford Road this season.
Tigers players Fred Tuilagi and Sam Aspland-Robinson will be chatting with Matt ahead of this weekend’s match against Sale Sharks in Round 5 of the Gallagher Premiership.
Situated in the Holland & Barrett Stand, the Final Whistle Bar is Welford Road’s largest bar and houses the Junior Tigers Club VIP area to keep kids entertained before kick-off.
Matt and the players will be taking to the stage from 1.45pm for a 15 minute chat giving fans the chance to get even closer to the action.
Poole was a product of the Leicester youth team and went onto make 223 appearances in a Tigers shirt, forming a formidable partnership with Martin Johnson. Since retiring, Matt works closely with the club’s commercial arm as an event host and speaker.
Last weekend saw Matt interview Tigers lock Mike Fitzegerald and Wales U20 captain Tommy Reffell as well as giving fans the chance to grab a quick photo with the players.
Doors open to the Final Whistle at 11.30 for this weekend’s fixture with the Junior Tigers Club VIP area opening at 1.00pm.
