Worcester Warriors are the visitors to Welford Road on Sunday, September 8 for the first Aviva Premiership game of the new campaign – and Tigers are celebrating the start of the season with the return of Tigers in the Park.
It will be third year the club have staged the event and it promises to be bigger and better than ever.
Held at Welford Road and on Nelson Mandela Park, opposite the stadium, Tigers in the Park promises FREE entertainment for the whole family.
There will be live music, a shopping village and a sports zone, which will include rugby skills. There will also be inflatables, face painting and a visit from some of the Tigers squad.
Tigers in the Park begins at 10am and finishes at kick-off at 2pm.
Supporters will need a ticket to enter the stadium to watch the match. Tickets are priced from £18 adults and £8 for juniors and are on sale now from the Welford Road ticket office, on 0844 856 1880 and online by clicking here.
The game, as with all regular season games in the Aviva Premiership and pool games in the Heineken and LV= cups is included in a Tigers season ticket. The only way to guarantee the best seats for all Tigers' home games in the coming season - and to enjoy 17 games for the price of 12 - is with a Tigers season ticket. Click here for details.
