Leicester Tigers Rugby Camps are back for 2019 and young players at Leicester Forest RFC had the chance to meet Tigers forward Sione Kalamafoni at the first rugby camp of the year.

Here you can read about everything from a typical training day, to the kind of drills and activities young players will be able to get involved in.
With dedicated Tag Rugby half-day camps for U7-U8 age groups and full-day camps and Masterclass session at Welford Road for U9 – U15, a Tigers rugby camp is the closest way to experience a day in the life of a professional player.
During the rugby camp, Tigers coaches will deliver sessions focusing on rugby skills, strength and conditioning as well as nutrition and recovery.
