Following the government’s announcement of a second national lockdown from Thursday, October 5, The Club Shop at the Mattioli Woods Welford Road will introduce new opening hours to allows fans extra time to pop in-store.
On Tuesday, November 3 and Wednesday, November 4, The Club Shop will be open from 7.00am until 8.00pm. Supporters will also be able to arrange for click and collect during this time.
Click and collect will still be available from Thursday, November 5, however the store itself will be closed and collections can be made from Main Reception of the North Stand between 8.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Fans will still be able to browse online with the club continuing to process orders during the lockdown. All orders are prepared and packed in a Covid-secure environment.
The club will also be extending its returns policy to the end of January 2021, ensuring shoppers can buy now in time for Christmas without the worry of missing the refund window.

The store will continue to be closed in line with government restrictions.
