Welford Road hosts a full day of sevens rugby action this Friday.

The second National Corporate Sevens tournament kicks off at 10am, with the knockout stages under way from 4pm.

Twelve teams will be doing battle on the day, including sides representing Caterpillar, HSBC, Hilton International, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Jaguar.

The Final Whistle bar in the Caterpillar Stand is open from 11am, and a hog roast and barbeque will be available all day.

There are activities for children from 3pm, including bucking bronco, bungee run, bouncy castle and face-painting. The Leicester Tigers mascot will also be enjoying the rugby and David Lloyd Narborough will be running Active Kids sessions. Stadium tours and rugby coaching clinics will also be available during the afternoon.

Caterpillar will be holding a recruitment roadshow all day with information on the 225 new apprentiships available at their Desford facility.

Entrance to the stadium is through Gate 1 (next to the ticket office). Adults will be asked to make a donation to supporting charities, The Hope Foundation and the Army Benevolent Fund. Entry is free for under-16s.

Come and see some of the action, enjoy the entertainment and refreshments at the home of Leicester Tigers.
