Leicester Tigers flanker Croft keeps his place in the back row after helping England get off to a winning start under Martin Johnson with a 39-13 victory against the Pacific Islanders.
Croft's Tigers teammates Harry Ellis and Toby Flood have been named among the replacements.
England team manager Johnson has made two changes to the starting line-up with Phil Vickery taking over from MattStevens at prop while Tom Palmer comes into the second row in place of Nick Kennedy. Simon Shaw takes Palmer’s place on the bench.
