Tuilagi and Woods also start for a second time as they look for more game-time after recovering from knee injuries.
Senior men Ayoola Erinle, Tom Varndell, Sam Vesty and Mefin Davies are included in the squad this evening, while England Under-18 international Andrew Forsyth starts at centre and Dan Hemingway is brought into the back row.
