The opening Tigers-Saints derby match of the season is just over two weeks away. Book your tickets now or run the risk of missing out on one of the biggest games in club rugby.

Leicester Tigers host Northampton Saints at Welford Road on Saturday, December 3 (5pm kick-off) and tickets are already in high demand.

The East Midlands rivals have shared in some of the most eventful Premiership fixtures of the past decade, making memories for fans of both teams each season. And this year promises to be no different.

Aviva Premiership meetings home and away both sold out in advance last season, with the 25,849 attendance at Welford Road following the opening of the new stand at the clubhouse end setting a record for the biggest-ever Premiership crowd at the home of the Tigers.

Tigers won that fixture with the last kick of the game on a rollercoaster afternoon during which the home side stormed into a 21-point lead before Saints launched a second-half fightback and providing another tense and exciting derby day.

This is a fixture no one wants to miss in either squad or in either set of supporters.

Welford Road will also carry full live coverage of England versus Australia on big screens in Final Whistle from 2.30pm in the build-up to the derby match kick-off at 5pm.

Book your place now at the Tigers ticket office. Call in at Welford Road or phone 0116 319 8888 (option 2) 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday or on matchday this Sunday (from 9am up to an hour after the final whistle of the Tigers match against Harlequins). Or click here to book online any time.

All hospitality places have already sold out for this fixture.

Tickets are also on general sale to all supporters for Tigers match against Quins on Sunday,  Munster Rugby in the European Champions Cup on Saturday, December 17 (3.15pm) and Saracens on New Year’s Day (3.00pm).
