Leicester Tigers Development XV will open their campaign in a new-look Guinness A League with a match away to Saracens on Wednesday, September 10.
The Guinness A League this season features three groups rather than the previous north/south split and Tigers will play home and away fixtures against Saracens, Sale Sharks and Gloucester in Group One. Following the group stages, the semi-finals will be contested by the three group winners and the best second-placed team, with a two-legged final scheduled during April 2009.

Tigers have consistently set record attendances in the competition and the club will be hoping for another strong turn-out for the opening home game of the season, against Sale Sharks on Monday, September 15.
