Kyle Eastmond will appear before an independent disciplinary panel on Tuesday evening following his red card in the Leicester Tigers defeat at Bristol on Saturday.
The Tigers centre has been charged for a dangerous tackle on Bristol fly-half Ian Madigan, contrary to Law 9.13, and will appear before a three-person independent discipline panel chaired by John Brennan in Coventry.
The panel will also adjudicate on Worcester Warriors full-back Chris Pennell, who has been charged with tackling Charlie Sharples of Gloucester whose feet were off the ground causing him to land in a dangerous position, contrary to Law 9.17.
