Head coach Marc Lievremont has selected Dupuy in the senior set-up for the summer tour to New Zealand and Australia.
Dupuy has made 30 appearances and scored 118 points in his first season at Welford Road and started the Guinness Premiership Final win over London Irish at Twickenham last Saturday.
Bourgoin's Morgan Parra is the other scrum-half in a 30-man squad, but there is no place for Dimitri Yachvili or Jean-Baptiste Elissalde.
