The Leicester Tigers Foundation is launching a programme with Diabetes UK as part of Get Moving For Free in January.
On World Diabetes Day (November 14), the Tigers Foundation has revealed plans for a 10-week series of classes hosted at Mattioli Woods Welford Road stadium including information sessions with Diabetes UK staff and physical activity with the Foundation team.
One in 15 people in the UK have diabetes, including one million people who have Type 2, but have not been diagnosed.
