Prop Bower and flanker Everard started the Pool C clash in Treviso, Italy, while fly-half Ford kicked two conversions after coming on as a second-half replacement.
England ran in five tries as they followed up their opening round victory over Ireland. London Wasps wing Christian Wade scored a hat-trick and there were also scores for London Irish wing Marland Yarde and centre Ryan Mills (Gloucester Rugby). Owen Farrell (Saracens) scored 10 points with the boot.
The result kept England joint top of Pool C with South Africa. The two teams face each other in their final group game in Padova on Saturday (kick-off 7.10pm BST).
England U20 head coach Rob Hunter: "It wasn't our best display, but we've got three more games out here and it's time to start ramping up our performance levels.
"We've seen that the pressure of getting out of your Pool is immense and the South Africa game next up will be a huge test for us.
"Of the 26 players in the squad, 25 have now had game time and it's great that they've experienced it, we've tried to keep them all fresh because playing every four days is a challenge."
