England Under-18s name semi-final side

England Under-18s have made 11 changes to the team that beat Portugal 82-8 for Tuesday's FIRA/AER European Championship semi-final against Scotland, with Tigers prop Neale Farthing included among the replacements.

Farthing was among the try-scorers against Portugal as England got their campaign off to a strong start in Grenoble last weekend.
