Leicester Tigers colleagues Tom Hardwick, Joe Heyes and Sam Grahamslaw are all included in the England Under-18 line-up for the last match of the International Series on Sunday.

England make eight changes to the starting line-up for the game against Scotland Under-18s at the Centre for Sporting Excellence, Ystrad Mynach.

John Fletcher's side are undefeated in the series after beating Ireland Under-18s (39-20) and Canada Under-19s (55-11).
 
Hardwick and Heyes start against Scotland, with Grahamslaw among the England replacements.
