Former Tiger Leon Lloyd will open the first Business Club event of the 2018/19 season here at Welford Road on Friday, November 9.
The new-look Business Club – sponsored by Mattioli Woods - builds upon last year’s successful Luncheon Club events offering businesses the chance to network, meet club partners as well as hear from guest speakers at events throughout the year.
Lloyd made more than 260 appearances in a Tigers shirt and is indelibly linked with the club’s first Heineken Cup success scoring two tries in the final against Stade Français in 2001. Leon also won five international caps for England.

After retiring in 2008, he became foundation director for Oakham School before becoming CEO of the Legion Worldwide Group, a founder of Legends Rugby - a sports & events based brand bringing together former professional rugby players and rugby fans together – and is an ambassador for the Princes Trust and Christina Noble Children’s Foundation.
