Tigers and club partner Burleighs will be hosting a post-match event for supporters to join members of the Tigers senior and development squads following Tigers Gallagher Premiership match against Newcastle Falcons on Saturday, Sept 8.
Following the final whistle, the club will be officially launching its partnership with Burleighs taking over Hotel Street, Market Place Street as well as the Market Square in Leicester city centre.
We’ve pulled together an easy guide for fans with everything they need to know.
Where is the event taking place?
Open to members of the public, the event will take place across four venues:
45 West Bar - 4a Hotel Street, Leicester LE1 5AW
45 St Martin's Bar - 1-3 St Martin's Walk, Leicester LE1 5DG
45 Market Place - 5-7 Market Place, Leicester LE1 5GG
New Market Square - Market Place, Leicester, LE1 5HQ
What time does the event start?
Gates open from 5.00pm with public entrances to the market square situated on market place south.
What’s going on?
Fans will be able to sample the new Leicester Tigers Gin across each venue as well as a range of cocktails inspired by some of Welford Road’s most famous names.
Supporters who have pre-ordered a bottle of the special edition Burleighs Leicester Tigers Gin by Friday 7th September will be able to collect their gin in person from 45 Market Place between 5.00pm and 9.00pm.
Along with your bottle, you will receive one free G&T token, exchangeable at any of the 45 Bars on the evening.
We’re taking over New Market Square with Burleighs Gin & Tonic trailer offering alfresco Gin & Tonic's from our portable bar in the late summer sunshine.
What time will the players arrive?
Members of the senior squad will arrive at the event at 8.00pm meeting fans and posing for photos until 10.00pm. The players will be chatting with fans across each of the venues.

Important information
- Capacities at each venue will be limited. Once at capacity, each venue will operate a one in one out basis.
- An open dress code policy will be in operation for the evening meaning Sportswear will be allowed.
- 'Pete on the Street (Peter’s Pizzeria)' will also be serving pizzas on new market square.
- Bottles of Burleighs Leicester Tigers Gin will be available to purchase on the evening from both 45 West & 45 St Martin's retailing at £35.
