Leicester Tigers supporters have provided their feedback on the service of The Club Shop since the club took over management of the retail arm.
Fans filled out an online survey asking about their experiences with ordering online, as well as in-store when the shop was open in line with Covid-19 restrictions.
More than 800 supporters took part, with 90% of customers saying they would recommend The Club Shop to a friend.
93% of people asked rated the quality of products ‘very good to excellent’ with 63% of our shoppers buying products for themselves and 37% shopping for a gift for a friend or relative.
Over half of respondents believe product choice, quality and service has improved since last year (2019/20).

“Ordering was easy, quick and the sizing guide pretty spot on! A vast improvement on previous seasons. I’ll definitely be back for more.”
“First time shop online, product true to description, great value at a good price. Will definitely purchase more from the store.”
“Website easy to use, good choice of items and excellent range of sizes. Clothing true to size; my son was thrilled with the purchase & wears his shirt with pride!”
The club also hosted it’s #GreenWhiteRedWeekend offering free delivery and free gifts over Tigers season opening weekend win.
Due to popular demand across the complete range of products, delivery is expected to be between 2-5 days. Any delays will be communicated via email to those who placed orders over the weekend.
