Five of the same for England

All five Leicester Tigers players involved in England's win over Italy last weekend have again been named in the 22 to face Ireland at Croke Park on Saturday, February 24, kick-off 5.30pm. George Chuter, Martin Corry, Louis Deacon and Harry Ellis all start for England in Brian Ashton's third game in charge, while Julian White retains his place on the bench.

For the third Six Nations game running, Tigers have more players involved in the starting XV than any other club, with only London Wasps equalling the total number of Tigers in the matchday 22.

England make two changes from the side that defeated Italy 20-7 at Twickenham, with Olly Morgan replacing Gloucester team-mate Iain Balshaw at full back and Joe Worsley returning from injury to take over from Nick Easter on the blindside flank.

The starting XV is the same as the one that began the opening match of the tournament against Scotland at Twickenham Stadium on February 3.

Ashton said: "I've decided to recall Olly Morgan because I don't expect Iain Balshaw to make a full recovery from his groin injury in time for the game.

"Joe Worsley has recovered from his neck injury and reclaims the No.6 shirt just ahead of Nick Easter, who I thought had a very good debut for England against Italy. However, Joe's greater experience at this level means that he is selected."
