George Ford speaks to LTTV ahead of the Round 4 clash with Worcester Warriors at Welford Road this Sunday, September 23 in Round 4 of the Gallagher Premiership.

Ford, who has claimed back to back LeoVegas Man of the Match honours in the past fortnight, says it's a positive feeling within the Leicester squad under the guidance of Geordan Murphy and the Tigers are excited to be back in front of a home crowd on the weekend.

"We're looking forward to getting back to Welford Road," said Ford.

"Boys are turning up to training with a massive smile on their face and really enjoying it.

"Geordan is a great guy to follow and leave the club forward.

"With it being at Welford Road, with the crowd and support we have behind us, we're looking forward to it."

The Tigers fly-half says last season's loss to the Warriors at Welford Road has been discussed this week and is added motivation going in to the Premiership fixture.

"Worcester are a tough team, they have a big pack and some dangerous backs," he says.

"It has been spoken about, it was a disappointing result ... there's plenty of reasons to perform on Sunday and hopefully get a good win."

Ford also shares his thoughts on not only his own selection in the England Squad named on Thursday, but also the inclusion of Manu Tuilagi.

"It's a great honour to be in any England squad," Ford said.

"He [Manu] has worked really hard ... it's great for him and I'm sure he'll make the most of it."
