Leicester Tigers are hosting free activity sessions for people living with diabetes.
If you want to get moving more to help manage your condition but you don’t know where to start, then the new Get Moving programme is for you.
Tailored sessions will help you get more active as well as providing diabetes information and support alongside the chance to meet new people.
Sessions are open to anyone over the age of 18 who is living with diabetes, able to take part in gentle physical activity, committed to moving more and currently doing less than 30 minutes of exercise a week, including walking.
