Ellis Genge starts at loosehead prop for England against Italy on Saturday, with five of his Leicester Tigers colleagues also in the matchday squad.
The inclusion of Genge is among five changes to the starting XV that faced Wales in the Guinness Six Nations a fortnight ago with Joe Cokanasiga named on the wing, Ben Te’o at centre, Joe Launchbury in the second row and Brad Shields at flanker.
Manu Tuilagi moves to outside centre for this game alongside Te'o, with Leicester colleagues Jonny May and Ben Youngs also in the backline. Dan Cole and George Ford are among the replacements.
There is live coverage of Saturday’s game on ITV.
