Welford Road will host a full afternoon of events around the European Champions Cup match between Leicester Tigers and Munster Rugby on Sunday, December 20.Kick-off in the big match is at 5.15pm and tickets are available now.
As the last fixture before Christmas, Tigers will host a Christmas market on the plaza outside the MET-Rx Stand from 2.15pm with stalls including festive decorations, photography, ceramics and gifts.
Junior Tigers Club will open three hours before kick-off too with events and activities for young supporters, including the opportunity to meet members of the first-team squad and even have the chance to run out on the pitch as a Tiger Cub or matchday mascot. Santa has also promised a visit too.
Members of the Matt Hampson Foundation will be selling copies of their calendar, and other attractions for all the family during the afternoon include a snow globe, reindeer, brass band and live music from Mansfield Avenue who also performed at the match against Bath last month.
Tigers and Munster meet in Ireland this weekend before the return fixture at Welford Road next Sunday in two pivotal fixtures in the pool stages of the Champions Cup.
