Go behind the scenes at this season's Kit Shoot

One of the club's new recruits, Noel Reid, takes LTTV viewers behind-the-scenes at the 2019/20 Tigers Kit Shoot and interviews his Leicester team-mates about the new designs, season ahead and more.

Reid chats to fellow new recruits Jordan Coghlan and Hanro Liebenberg, despite some hilarious language barriers between the Irishman and South African Tigers.

The 2019/20 home shirt features a green base with traditional red and white hoops.

The home kit is completed with green shorts, while the classic Tigers stripes return to the green socks the players will wear when they run out at Welford Road.

A new alternate shirt – as worn by forwards trio Greg Bateman, Hanro Liebenberg and Jordan Coghlan alongside versatile back Noel Reid – sees a ‘fluoro-red’ shirt accented with dynamic Tigers stripes across the chest and arms.

Matching shorts will be complemented with red socks when Tigers are required to wear alternate colours away from home.

Both kits are again manufactured by the club’s technical partner Kukri, and boast a modern crew-neck collar as well as each player’s individual letter on the chest, reflecting the long-established heritage for lettered shirts.

This tradition is also reflected on both home and alternate shorts, with individual letters shown above the club crest on each players’ right thigh.

The 2019/20 Tigers Kit Shoot was also the first collaboration between the club Leicester-based, specialist film and video production company Created by TEN.

Earlier this year, Leicester Tigers also welcomed Quincy Mangwiro on board as part of the club's Communications department who played a lead role on the project.

Mangwiro joined the club while studying his Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with Babington.

Speaking about the project, Tigers Digital & Social Media Manager Sam Williamson said: "Created by TEN are a great group of creative, Leicester-based content producers that have put together a fantastic collection of content pieces to advertise our new playing range."

"We are extremely happy with the final product and enjoyed working with Andy and his team, who have worked with one of our partners Global Payments and a range of other impressive organisations and brands.

"A rugby club's kit is more than just what the players wear on a matchday, it's something special and when supporters look back on years, the kit holds a special memory alongside what happened on the pitch.

"It was important to us that the final project showed that and, also captured both the tradition of our home kit at Tigers and fun of this season's alternate kit.

"Created by TEN and Quincy, who has been fantastic for LTTV and the content produced for it since joining, have managed that and went above and beyond what we hoped for ... we are looking forward to working with Andy and his crew again in the future."

Supporters can purchase the 2019/20 home kit from the Tigers Store at Welford Road now. Find out more here.
