Leicester Tigers duo Nicky Smith and Tommy Reffell have retained their spots in Wales' starting selection to take on Scotland in the penultimate round of the Guinness Six Nations.
Smith starts at loosehead prop with Tigers academy graduate, Reffell wearing the number seven shirt.

Wales were much improved against Ireland last time out, with both Smith and Reffell putting in excellent shifts for their national side.
