Leicester Tigers hooker Rob Hawkins has been summoned before an RFU Disciplinary Panel after being sent off in the LV= Cup match against Bath Rugby last Friday.
Hawkins received two yellow cards for foul play and will appear at the hearing in London, on Tuesday afternoon. The panel will comprise Jeremy Summers (chair), Elizabeth Riley and Dr Julian Morris.
